If you prefer larger treats, we offer the option of personalizing them with up to 12 letters and 2 lines, and you'll receive a quantity of 12. These custom name bones are a fantastic way to add a special touch to your pup's treat collection.

All Natural Non-Decorated Treats: Shelf life up to 6 months. Store at room temp in self-seal bag or closed container.
Cakes: Store in refrigerator up to 5 days upon receipt or freeze up to 3 months.

Retail orders: Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. During the holiday season shipping can take up to 2 weeks, as we bake and decorate by hand.
- If you are needing your product prior to this time frame. Please contact us prior to placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request.
Wholesale orders: We ship UPS ground or USPS ground advantage. Please allow anywhere from 3-4 weeks for your order to ship, If you are ordering holiday products plan in advance and order at least a month prior to your needed date.
Returns:
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
- If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hrs. of delivery with photos of exterior of box, interior of box and damaged items.
